It is sad that India whose historical traditions venerate the cow as an animal of perpetual blessing to mankind has ended up today ignored, emaciated, given adulterated and contaminated feed, over-milked, calves denied milk and what is more when cows go dry they are remorselessly sent to slaughterhouses in droves to end up as one-time beef instead of a perpetual blessing !

Cow conservation in India?
It is sad that India whose historical traditions venerate the cow as an animal of perpetual blessing to mankind has ended up today ignored, emaciated, given adulterated and contaminated feed, over-milked, calves denied milk and what is more when cows go dry they are remorselessly sent to slaughterhouses in droves to end up as one-time beef instead of a perpetual blessing !
